The foundation of my approach is to build trust and safety. People need to feel safe in order to connect with self and trust is gained through authenticity, nonjudgement and collaboration. My therapeutic responsibility is to provide a “safe enough” space to provide insight, understanding, and nurturing in order to promote healing, integration and empowerment. Thus, you will find solutions and gain self-sufficiency.

My work is to integrate current evidence-based practices and research in neuroscience, attachment, and mental health with the latest mindful awareness and physiological practices to bring a balance between theory and practice in order to find a better fit for you. After all, the goal is to achieve a better functioning life that meets your needs. I am very willing to share my work philosophy with you if you have further questions.
